Ana Davis

Ana is a San Fernando Valley resident with over 17 years of experience in medical office management.

Ana has a specialty in otolaryngology, audiology, and facial plastic surgery as well as psychology. She also has a vast experience in obstetrics/gynecology and dermatology. She has worked with ENTs in the San Fernando Valley and managed a private practice for over 15 years.

Ana's experience over this time has been extensive, allowing her experience in contracting, billing, and coding. She has worked with Medi-Cal programs, HMOs, PPOs, and Medicare. Her time in this field has also allowed her knowledge in contracting and coordinating with major hospitals and private surgical centers, as well as conserving great professional relationships with many diagnostic service providers. She believes that a varied portfolio of contracts is best for both business and the overall care of patients.

As her daughter ventures off to college in 2022, Ana is embarking on her own journey as she focuses on growing the Community Revenue Management family. She hopes to impart her knowledge in medical office management in training and consulting, while also providing billing, coding, and collections outsourcing services. Her goal is to allow doctors and other health providers to focus on what matters most: caring for their patients.

When she is not caring for the CRM family, Ana spends time dining with friends, working out, or relaxing with her dog, Pepper.
